The Soursop is a tree that can reach between 8 and 10 meters in height, being of tropical origin it does not support cold or frost so necessarily the only growing area in Europe is the Canary Islands and therefore with the largest concentration of active ingredients, where the largest soursop plantation in Europe is located with 9,000 trees, which is also 100% certified organic.
Its foliage is not very abundant and its leaves are dark green, large, simple and thick. Its fruit has its optimal moment for consumption is when its color changes from bright green to dull green and its texture is soft.
